Ingredients:

500 g chicken livers, washed and drained

1 large onion, peeled & thinly slices

4-6 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

50 g unsalted butter

1 tablespoon fresh theme leaves

Salt & ground pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

Directions:

    Heat the butter in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Season the chicken liver with salt and black pepper on both sides and then fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden.

    Then you can add the sliced onions and stir-fry for another few minutes until gets tender. Reduce the heat then mix garlic, cumin and herbs.

    Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze your pan with pomegranate molasses. Cover and cook for 5 minutes then serve.
