
Ingredients:
500 g chicken livers
1 medium onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
1 tablespoon fresh herbs leaves, minced
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Salt and ground black pepper

Preheat you frying pan over a medium high heat. Add butter, stir for 1 min until its melted then add minced herbs and stir for 1 minute.

Meanwhile, season the chicken livers with salt and fresh ground pepper and fry for 3 min. on each side or until golden, add the garlic and mix them together then set aside.

In the same pan, fry the onion slices with brown sugar and a pinch of salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes at a medium heat until its caramelized.

Add the pomegranate molasses, mix with the caramelized onion. Place the chicken livers with the sauce, cover the pan and keep it over a medium heat for 3 minutes and serve.
