Garlic butter prawns with lime leaves
Spicy prawns, Wonderfully comforting and flavoursome....
Ingredients:
800 g large raw prawns
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, thinly slice it
2 red chilies, finely chopped
1/4 cup of fresh parsley leaves, finely minced
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice and 3-5 fresh lime leaves
Salt and ground pepper to taste
70 g unsalted butter
1cm ginger, finely minced

Preheat olive oil in the frying pan to medium high, place garlic, chilies, ginger, lime leaves and fry for a minute.

Place your prawns and sauté them for a minute for each side oil until all the prawn have turned orange, season with salt and pepper. Add unsalted butter, fish sauce and mix together well for another minute.

Add lemon juice and fresh parsley leaves, Serve with rice.
