Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon spicy chili pepper, minced

1 teaspoon spicy chili pepper, minced

1kg fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Salt & ground pepper to taste

25g unsalted butter

1/4 cup tomato sauce

Directions:

    In a large bowl, stir together the garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, and apple vinegar. Seasoned with parsley, salt, ground pepper and hot chili pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.

    Thread shrimp onto skewers.

    Preheat frying pan for high heat, Add 1tablespoon of olive oil. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head.

    Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side. and finally add unsalted butter and cover shrimps with the deglaze sauce.
